Let me get this straight...this is a lord *and* a typed Elvish Piper?
Lords are usually only effective (and traditionally are costed) at 3.

The lord effect here comes in a little hate; but the typed Elvish Piper is more expensive than usual.
I'm unsure what to make of this: the first half is on the wrong part of the CMC curve, and the second half is about where it should be, but shouldn't cost GG. In fact, if we take Elvish Piper as a power guide for that ability I would argue for (G, T: ~) as the cost format. But then again, just slamming something is an effect that can get somewhat frightening unless interrupted (see Quicksilver Amulet)
