A couple things here: first of all, the deathtouch doesn't mean much if he has shadow; they can't block him anyway and he can't block them (except in the rare rare instance that they also have a shadow creature) so no combat damage is ever being dealt to enemy creatures.

Secondly, I think it's cool what you did with the whole undying/persist thing; I don't think it's ever been done before. Let me see if I got this right: he dies, then comes back with a +1/+1 counter (thus gaining persist), then dies and comes back with a -1/-1 counter, then the third time he dies it is for real because the undying is inactivated?

Flavor flavor flavor, anyway, people play shadow! (sometimes) and they might FIGHT!!!

And yes, thats what happens with the undying and persist here

wonīt Undying and persist trigger at the same time ? or is it a rule against that ? if not i donīt see the point of having both

+1/+1 counters and -1/-1 counters overide each other, so if Persist and undying were to trigger at the same time, it would return normally. furthermore, if it already had a -1/-1 counter or +1/+1 counter, more infinite recursion would be possibly. Overall, i didnt want it to be able to do that...
