Both abilities need minor rewording, as well as a minor functional change that doesn't force you to untap your own attacking creature if it's the only creature in play.
"Whenever enchanted creature attacks, you may untap target creature defending player controls. If you do, that creature gets -1/-1 until end of turn and blocks enchanted creature this turn if able. If that creature dies this turn, draw cards equal to its power."
